Chairperson & Autumn Exhibition Coordinator
Audrey McNeill
Audrey leads the Dunmow Art Group Committee, plans and runs effective meetings, and ensures Dunmow Art Groups strategic goals and policies are met.

Audrey also liaises with other art groups and key stakeholders creating a shared community spirit.
​
Audrey is also the lead organiser for our Autumn Exhibition.

Vice Chairperson & Spring Exhibition Coordinator
Helen Williams
Helen deputises for the Chairperson, supporting her in managing Dunmow Art Group, and shares in the leadership responsibilities to ensure effective board operation. Leads on Community Engagement.

Helen is also the lead organiser for our Spring Exhibition.

Secretary
Tracey Ingram
Tracey provides essential administrative and clerical support by managing office procedures, coordinating calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining organised files, often serving as a key point of contact for members and interested parties.

Treasurer
Sara Barber
Sara oversees Dunmow Art Group's finances, which includes managing income and expenses, maintaining accurate financial records as well as preparing and presenting financial reports. She applies for grants to help fund all the wonderful artists we hire for our weekly classes and monthly talks.

Events Coordinator
Ruth Wilson
Ruth plans, organises, and oversees the various visiting artists for our Monday classes and our monthly Wednesday evening talks, ensuring they meet members interests and are within budget for our group.

Website and Social Media Coordinator
Jeannine Godfrey
Jeannine creates and manages Dunmow Art Group's social media presence, focusing on content creation, community engagement and brand consistency across various platforms. She posts content (text, image, video), interacts with followers and drives engagement.

Equipment Manager
Anne Oates
Anne efficiently organises the transportation, delivery, and installation of our display boards. She works closely with the storage company to ensure that all exhibitions are set up properly and seamlessly. Her attention to detail ensures that everything runs smoothly, allowing for a successful showcase of our artwork.

Event Coordinator
Debbie Goodman
Debbie is always the first to arrive, ensuring the room is prepared for every session. Her welcoming smile greets everyone as she handles the register and collects payments at the door. During half-time, she provides teas, coffees and biscuits.
Debbie also puts together amazing raffle prizes for our exhibitions, aiding in essential fundraising initiatives.
